@RandomFurfag Birthingcock's answer suggests Lucilia cuprina, but comparing the pictures I think your answer Calliphora stygia is a better match. Which is considered to be primarily necrophagous, but can also be parasitic. It's not picky when is comes to orifices to use for its offspring.

@BuggyBuster Very hot 🔥 and not without risk. This could be the kind of fly that's parasitic on sheep and other cattle causing myiasis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myiasis). Very rare but not impossible on humans, in particular on wounds and tender parts.
I admit the idea of having those eggs hatch and have those maggots crawl into your orifices is very hot and might be worth the risk. That's up to you.
