Not sure what is going on but any video I try to play is freezing at 5 seconds and wont continue....any idea what is wrong or what I can do?

Why am I having so much trouble watching videos on here? Every video I look up takes 5-7 minutes to load and stops and starts every 5-10 seconds while I am watching.
