So there is a section for videos, one for images, but why not anything strictly audio? Some people get off on photos, some videos, but there are those who can explode from sounds. A section of phone sex uploads, etc. would be extremely sexy.

Isn't that why they have to be submitted for approval? That is, after all, what these moderators do, right?
I'm not doing this or asking these questions to bust anyone's chops, this is a sincere wish because sometimes I find the sound of a voice nearing orgasm far sexier than some random stickam video or something without sound or enthusiasm, especially when the girl looks incredibly bored or is too stoned to really enjoy herself.
And it would be an opportunity to expand motherless' team of moderators: you could hire someone with a checklist of what is acceptable for audio recordings and what is not. There has to be something like that for images and videos, right?
