Lots of women enjoy their piercings - a few have issues, but they seem to be solvable.
I think the attention and contact will excite and please you, but only you can be sure. But it's not permanent like a tattoo, so I'd say to go for it!
As for implants, I had an ex whose body looked like yours, but her hips/ass were bigger and she felt out of proportion. She went for a large C-cup that fit her hips and balanced her out nicely. She was SO much happier afterwards! She spent a LOT of effort finding the right surgeon, tho - DON'T let them move your nipples or cut under the front or do anything that leaves scars. They can go under the tissue and either thru the armpit or belly button - you may pay more but it's totally worth it. A BAD tit-job is a curse for life.
