I don't use weak toilet paper. I reach for the heavy duty wipes. (What? Only babies and old people can have the best stuff?) Use two sheet/plys together and you get three heavy uses, folding after each use. Only gotta do that once or twice. Maybe three or four for really big jobs. Best part, No breakage and ointment for easy get in and out.
In the end, that's only 2-8 sheet/plys. And you know you're clean.
