And why arent' girls who flash their tits on videos arrested as sex offenders? I'm not saying they should be, but why aren't they, esp. if guys are charged as offenders by looking at the vids.

They are, laws can get 15 year old girl arrested for child pornography and child endangerment for sending pics to her boyfriend.
I'm all for having some creep who fucks a 9 year old in prison forever, but a stupid 15 year old is just as capable and liable for sexual mistakes as a stupid 19 year old.
