But if those numbers are accurate, you could make a case that those deficits will be reached regardless to whom is office. It's hard to project exactly what will happen before that person's policies take hold. Romney has some good ideas about giving more control back to the states, but is that just a way to create the illusion him and his team are cutting federal spending and jobs to please the nation but funneling those same jobs down to the states? How smart is it to consider helping arm and train asian countries around china?

Before policies take place huh? Well truth be told, a lot of policies of the Obama admin have either been postponed or stoped. So many of the things that could of happened have been obstructed by a House/Senate which has been as bad (if not worse) than the 'Do nothing Congress' back in the day.
To help actualy lower the debt, we need to stop all the banks gambling with money, re-institute the trade tariffs, Raise the top earners tax rate back up, and get the head bank exects off the Federal Reserve board.(They are literaly aproving their own money for more fraud!)
As for the point you raise about armies:
The arming and training of other countries comes down to the lobbying via the military industrial sector. They have an easy nine hundred thousand dollars in lobbying. Perhaps even millions. Them helping arm those people is good for business. And that is one example of why the Govt should not be run like a business. Because a business's prime objective is profit.

And obviously you say just cause some one says it means it isn't true. Then just because Fox News or any of your right wing sources say it, means it isn't true.
And as for war spending, america is spending more then the next ten countries combined. So obviously the Military industrial sector is getting tons of money. So 900 thousand is a drop in the bucket.
