I'm still waiting Friday for an image I uploaded Monday. Things are very slow here and getting slower. I'm expecting the entire site to grind to a halt soon.

In my experience, it's taken up to 2 weeks....about 5 days if you upload during happy hour. Paying premium members get priority, & everyone else gets ignored. By the time your uploads are processed & approved, they will be so buried in the back pages of the "most recent" that no one will ever view them. That's why I started calling this site "Botherless" ...as in 'why bother?'

It didn't used to be this bad. Until the past week or so, I never had to wait more than 24 hours. If they keep this up, the 10 premium members is all they'll be left with.

Apparently, now it's a week to get an image uploaded.

They seem to be getting the galleries censored now, but new uploads are still taking forever. Mother is very busy.

Videos usually get approved for me within 24 hours but pictures always seem to take forever. Going on day 9 here waiting for a couple images to be approved, uploaded a couple videos yesterday though and had them approved within 4 hours.

Guess too many people uploading images for them to go through them all so they are really backed up on them.

It seems it would take a lot longer to watch a video and approve it. Do you think they just don't bother?

I've seen mods in that past post saying they don't watch all the videos.

They just mouse over the thumbnail and watch the 3 or 4 screenshots that change over from it and then make their approval decision based on that.

Would still think images would be easier to approve but I'm guessing they get atleast 20 times more pics uploaded daily then they do videos. I don't know, maybe they have 1 mod assigned just to videos and 1 just to images.

They'd sure need a lot of mods if they did watch the entire video. If it keeps taking forever to censor images, people are just going to give up doing it. That's not a good outcome for a "user contributed" site.
