If the OP is talking about a .kgb file then that's an encrypted file made with Kremlin.

Op here, yes it's a file .kgb and I have no idea how to fix it to work with any of the players including FLV

A .kgb file is an encrypted file which you need the password for. No password = No use.

If you ever get an encrypted file you have to make sure you have the password too.
