And that is not underage, 16 is the legal age here in the UK.

The guy is right, it is illegal for 16-17 year olds to work as escorts. You might find some at the chinese massage parlor on Holloway road though, but it is likely that you will ask for a 16 year old and they will just give you a 22 year old that looks young. You aren't likely to actually get an escort under 20 (trust me I have had me fair share.)
