It's not an assumption, you pointing a cam at your dick and randomly connecting to people is you being a pervert. You know full well most people have no desire to see it (since as you said, nobody's staying to watch), yet you persist. It's like walking around a bar with your dick hanging out and being confused why nobody's talking to you. If you're "only interested in girls who want to see it and get off on it", then only show it to them, otherwise it's obvious to everyone that you are also very "interested in creeping anyone out who is not interested."
