Yeah I think fisting counts. The hurtful part of cheating, IMO, isn't about having sex with another person. It's about a breach of trust. For women it's probably about not being desirable to their man as well, but that's just my guess. Have you made a full court press to get your wife to meet your needs? Women these days often don't understand the importance of keeping a man satisfied. Maybe she just doesn't get that you need more?
