even if you try to press charges, you were havein gsex already and illingly until you changed your mind in mid fuck...not to be a dick but you would have no chance of winning the case....no way to prove it. on a side note...if you feel you were raped why teh hell want to go back??? I have seen and heard of this so many times...girls are beaten raped and treatted like shit and they always go back for more...saying oh he will change or he promised he wouldnt do it again...I have one thing to say about that....BULL SHIT!!!!!
