Determining whether charges should be filed based solely on the woman's "perception" is sickening, and very anti-american. The sex act was the same when it was "consenual" as it was when she didn't want to do it. Thus, what changed between the time the sex was consenual and not?? Only the perception of the woman! Also, for a woman to flip-flop on sex then to declare she is "sick" and ruined for life because of a self-created position is in itself sickening and ruinous to the man. I'd hate to be the woman when standing at her judgment on judgment day. She should decide to get on with her life. Bad things happen to people all the time. Move on, and quit acting up over the decisions you made!
