I don't see why you shouldn't be able to :) Unless she's got a wound or cut or scratch there's literally zero chance of infection, it's all outside on her skin. It won't clean itself in any way, I'd suggest just washing it afterwards, like she would with any normal shower. I've cum on women's bellies in the past, just use tissue to wipe up the worst and then shower to get rid of the sticky mess.
