I played Uilleann pipes for a few sets at an Irish dance comp last night. I have to admit having some unwholesome thoughts about those young ladies in their funny pretty little dresses and bouncy barbie wigs. You're supposed to look at their strong little legs as they kick em about like crazy and start getting sweaty, that's kind of the whole point of the dance and the costumes I guess. It's not PC to get a bit of wood like I did though. I just thought of majority of posters on this site, when the age of some of these girls became apparent after the show, as they removed the wigs and gear. They all look about the ageless age of Barbie when performing (except for the really young ones, who are just...short). I had a brief moment of compassion for pedo's. The band always has a few hottish but legal age nerd-groupies so I got over it quick. Strange...I've done a lot of gigs like this, but the girls, or costumes, maybe the dancing, seems to be changing; getting sexier. Unless it's just my ageing mind :P
