I did that to my gf too, although she instantly screamed and cried... That was like a month ago and she says it still hurts, and that she has sort of a mental trauma now, shit.

A person's colon is pretty delicate and can be ripped clean open from the inside with a fast hard thrust. So basically you can end up giving your girlfriend/wife septicemia or peritonitis and possibly kill her. Gotta be careful with that .
