I'm not eating sausage pizza nor a cheesesteak nor mcDonalds for a change. I'm actually being a responsible and somewhat sober adult. I'm considering my cholesterol level. Dealing with reality.

I'm eating a very healthy meal.

But my meal tastes very good and i'm enjoying it. It tastes good cause i roasted a chicken carcass in the oven and then used that to make broth for my chicken vegetable stew.

I got this tip from Randomonium. And ass_dragon gave me an additional thumbs up on doing this.

So this is just another reason why i am grateful to be part of this community.

If anyone is interested....

People older and wiser told me that a proper chicken stew or soup takes time. Get a whole chicken and simmer it with salt and herbs for 8+ hours.

Recently another person wiser than me told me that she just buys a delicious, old cooked rotisserie chicken from the store.

Then she makes a vegetable soup or stew. She'll alsoo make caramelized onions. And i do a wine reduction or not. and maybe use heavy cream or not.

it's basically just make whatever soup you want and add the perfectly tender, juicky and delicious rotisserie chicken to that. saves a shitload of time

Good for you. I eat like trash and my baby mama says you're all "going to lose me early." Good fucking riddance. I'm a horrible cunt. I feel badly for my kids.

Stay healthy!
