Here's the thing about skinny chicks: You wind up bumping into a lot of organs and body parts while you're fucking them, and it can sometimes be a bit disconcerting (when you're assfucking a bitch and you can see your dick poking through her stomach like an alien's trying to escape from her abdomen, that's not cool). With non-skinny chicks, there's generally none of that, no matter what position you've got them in. So my vote goes for the latter, definitely.
