The same thing happens to me. Click on view, go to encoding, click on western european (windows). Let me know if it works for you.

they play for me, but no sound on any of them

Did you ever think that there might not be audio on the video? Webcams, as a whole, don't have audio.

Hi there, the videos still work, Howver the sound is turned off by defualt for now, all you have to do is click on the volume icon on the botom left of the video. This will be fixed soon though.
