It's probably somewhat common for children to be molested or raped by family members, and for kids to explore their sexuality with siblings.
But I really doubt that consensual sex between related adults is very common at all. I'm sure its actually quite rare.
But regardless, you're asking the wrong question. What you might have meant to ask is how often are the stories of incest that appear on these boards true. The answer to that is virtually never.

Masters and Johnson put it at about 5% of the population, if I recall. You can easily google the answer.
