I'm not into dead girls but nothing whatsoever should be banned outright IMO.

Read the main page of the site again. "Anything legal is hosted forever." Pictures of deadd people are not illegal. How could anyone possibly think they are? The act of murder is, but that's a far stretch from having a picture of a dead person.
