I have always been a overweight teenager, but a year ago I decided to change my diet and start working out. It may not be much yet, but I am proud of it and hope you like it too. :)

Wanna share tips?? Diet n training?
It's really nothing special I did.
Food:
-fast food only once a month
-less alcohol (the occasional beer is ok), no sodas
-more vegetables
-protein rich food
Work Out:
There is a system called freelatics, which is simply awesome. No need to leave the house, no need for equipment (well... except cloths of course - unless you prefer naked work outs ;) ).
