Called up my insurance company earlier this yr to ask about what fees are still to be paid and was told about a certain amount of additional fees. So far,so good. Then,last week I called up again to get informations about the payment of dental repairs. But now,I was told that any payments by the insurance were frozen currently because of unpaid fees - not only the aforementioned additional ones. :eek: WTF? Did the contemporary work agency collect my insurance data just for fun,or what? After I had explained about my current job and the c.w. agency having collected my data,the insurance agent said she'd take a look if that status is still current,then call back. Waiting for such a call since Thursday now. I bet if I make a third call now,there will be a third person telling me sth completely different about my paid and unpaid fees.
