What does Claim/Claimed mean?
I searched through the board results some but couldn't find any similar questions. I see pretty frequently videos will have the tag (claim) or (claimed) somehow in the title. What the heck does that mean?? Is like videos that have been uploaded by users that are now deleted and the video can be claimed for motherless-karma?
Also, Wtf is up with some of that randomness out there?
