I confess motherless is not that bad of a place, and i came to love it long ago. Its not run by moral nazis. I just finished watching Sci-Fi Channel's showing of Hostel II. I've seen the unedited version, so I can tell you that they did VERY little cutting of the more grotesque and extremely gory scenes...it was really surprising how little of it they edited for Sci-Fi.
