If it's fairly fresh, it should slide in easily. Do NOT use an oil or silicone lube! It's the juice that causes the intensity; I find that the longer I have it in, the more urge I have to get my ass properly fucked! Note it loses its effect after 20-30 minutes; I've not figured out how to extend it.
