headz 23 May 2013Regarding the performance of the site over the past few days -- and days to come -- we're in the middle of performing several important upgrades.
@MadCamel and @sola have been very busy over the past few days installing a metric shit ton (that's a real measurement by the way) of new hardware and servers.
@fbd is in the middle of regenerating every single thumbnail for 25 million videos and images you guys have uploaded over the past few years. Hint: Expect to see some big differences in the site layout and design soon.
In short we're in the middle of spring cleaning. The performance of the site will return to normal shortly.Replies 66

The difference in this case is that I wish people wouldn't, like, blatantly make false claims that are harmful and meant to scare people away.
