I want to pierce my tits, but I also plan on making myself lactate as well. Can anyone give me advice on if piercing is a good idea ? Can I hear from lactating pierced people? Opinions? Ideas?

I worked with a tattooist and piercer for a while and he would always ask a woman if she planed to nurse or lactate because if she said yes then he wouldn't do it as it can cause problems in the future I'm not exactly sure why as I didn't ask.
