Nah.... here is the deal about the sex crime industry in the US.
Until very recently and only because of public pressure, states have applied a fairly low incarceration rate for molestation, particularly incest-based.
The reason is because historical data shows the opposite of what public opinion feels..
First, that the trauma associated with sexual abuse of exaggerated and and the trauma from peers and teachers and others for being a victim is far greater.
Second, treatment has been shown to be extremely effective and sex offenders are the second lowest of all recidivists. The FBI estimates that only 16% of all offenders are caught, so in the US anyway, it is one of those unspoken things that we know most kiddy diddlers never get caught, so we take out our mob mentality on those that do.
Third, and most importantly is the financial aspect of the sex offender industry. Billions of dollars are spent and generated in the sex offender industry. There are websites that steal info from the state sites, cell phone apps, email alerts, GPS companies, and now with banishment,companies that create mapping software are getting rich from the sex offender industry.
But, in order for all these people to profit, the sex offender needs to be on the street. No one gets rich is all the sex offenders are locked up for life. Politicians cannot create new laws in election years if all sex offenders are locked up for life. When an offender is in prison, the state assumes a majority of the burden of his/her costs.
When an offender is released that offender becomes a huge profit center for the state. The federal government gives states and counties huge grants to monitor RELEASED offenders, but no requirement to provide empirical data on the results of their monitoring nor are they required to detail how the grant is spent.
The offenders have to feed and house themselves on their own bill, so the state does not have that cost and they get huge grants from the feds to watch them, and most places use that grant money for overtime fraud, where cops will work "extra" hours to check offenders' homes after they return from work.
Cops know the truth, most of them, just like most everyone, was molested as a kid in some way or another and most people turn out just fine.
The sex offender industry is just another step towards fascism and while it might have started with sex offenders, it hasn't stopped there. Registries exist in the Us for animal abusers, wife beaters, arsonists, drug criminals and in OK there are two controversial registries: Problem child, where the state tracks misbehaving kids through their entire school career and keeps the registered and monitored after they are adults, and an abortion registry that tracks women who get abortions.
Sex offenders are herded and banished. There have been over 100 defections from the US in the last 5 years to Iran alone. Almost all of those defectors are combat veterans. They are working in Iran as trainers of Quds. The CIA has tried several times to take them out... anytime you read drone news in Iran, it is the CIA trying to kill the defectors from the US.
Brazil is also home to a small group of defectors.
There is also a very dangerous and scary group of people who are taking action against vigilantes. Those people that attack offenders or their families are all on a list and this tiny group of offenders takes revenge on the families of these people. All legal too, work disruption etc..
Sex offenders... doing their part to stimulate the economy. ;)

Wow that is one intricate delusion you`re suffering from there pal. Do you take medication ,and if not why?. A powerful Anti-psychotic such as Halperidol(haldol), or even Clorpromazine might make your persecutors go away.
The C.I.A is trying to kill American sex offenders who defected to Iran? Sex defectors? big brother is watching? Vigilantes hunting sex offenders? Abortion registry's?
This makes sense to you?... MEDICATION!
