Curious if clamp worked , i notice you have some cushions on the jaw blades , The blades should be clean and not lubed. To test place a few strands of hair in a piece of paper and clamp it , if the hair is broken then the jaws are good . The jaws move counter to each other stretching the the cords while crushing . This motion will break them . Most Important keep clamped for as long as possible minimum 1 hr , and do not touch the crushed cords or you can trigger a hemorrhage.

That would not have worked, you didn't leave it on for very long. You need to clamp it in place and leave it on there for at least 1 hour or longer, so the blood supply stops flowing into your testical, then it will die. After its done your testical will swell up over the next few days and in a few weeks it will shrivel up and finally disappear. They will be gone forever.
