@Thosa stingers to much pain for me been there done that No longer !

@robberto I have two colonies (still small – in the establishment phase). Both are tropical species with venomous stings. I also want to buy some that can be sprayed with acid. But I'm not sure which species yet.

@robberto no.. you can see there not stinning.. When stinging, ants bend their gaster (abdomen) downwards and sting between their legs. These ones bend their gaster upwards, which indicates that they spray formic acid. (I keep ants at home myself and design and build formicaria)
